The Enhanced Space Processor Single Board Computers are designed for radiation Intensive
Low Earth and Geo-synchronous Orbit, Interplanetary and Deep Space applications.
They are built to the highest mission critical and safety standards resulting in
a very high level of integration, a low component count and high reliability.
ESP750
The ESP750 Enhanced Space Processor card represents MDA's 6th generation of space-qualified
computers. It has been designed for LEO and GEO applications to the highest mission/safety
critical space standards. The heart of the board is the high performance IBM 750FX
processor running at up to 733MHz and a radiation tolerant FPGA implementing the
critical functions.
ESP603
The ESP603 Enhanced Space Processor card represents MDA's 5th generation of space
computers. It is targeted for Low Earth Orbit applications and is designed and built
to the highest mission/safety critical space standards.
ESP032
The ESP032 includes the radiation hardened highly integrated ERC32 processor. The
ERC32 can achieve a throughput of up to 20 MIPS/5Mflops operating at a 25 MHz clock
rate. The processor includes a 32 bit Integer Unit, a 32/64 bit Floating point Unit,
a Memory Controller function with EDAC, and a compliment of interrupt, timer and
peripheral functions.
ESP132
The ESP132 SBC design is based on the radiation hard LEON2 processor 32-bit SPARC
V8 designed by Atmel (TSC697E). The LEON2 is the next generation of the ERC32 European
32-bit SPARC v7 processor.
