MDA books contract for further support of the Mobile Servicing System for the International Space Station

Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd., (TSX:MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced today that it has received an $8.86 million (CAD) contract amendment from the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) to provide additional logistics and sustaining engineering for the Mobile Servicing System (MSS).

The MSS, which includes Canadarm2, 'Dextre' and a Mobile Base System, was developed by MDA under contract to the CSA as Canada's contribution to the International Space Station.
